The Integrity Chamber Sint Maarten is an independent public body established to promote and safeguard integrity within the public sector. It investigates alleged integrity violations, advises on integrity policy, and contributes to  transparent, accountable, and sound public administration. The Supervisory Council provides independent oversight of the lawfulness of the Integrity Chamber’s activities and performs the responsibilities assigned to it under the applicable national ordinance.

The Supervisory Council Member serves as one of three members of the Supervisory Council and contributes to the overseeing of specific activities of the Integrity Chamber such as handling complaints against the Integrity Chamber and granting of authorizations on-site investigations.
